Monitor configurations

For the best experience, make sure that if you are using multiple monitors they are all the same size and configured in the same orientation.
In Windows, make sure that the monitors are in the same order as they appear physically on your desk. This can be done by right-click on the Windows desktop and then select the Display settings option that appears. Once you have the monitors in the right configuration, move the mouse across and see if it travels seamlessly between your displays.
Be sure that the screen resolution for your monitor(s) are set to their native screen resolution. Refer to your monitors documentation for more information.
