Install Sonocent Audio Notetaker

Notes:

Before installing Sonocent Audio Notetaker, note the following:

  • Audio Notetaker for macOS requires an Intel processor and macOS 10.9 Mavericks or later.
  • Ensure your macOS computer has the latest updates. For help, see How to update the software on your Mac.

ARCHIVED: Sonocent Audio Notetaker is available without fee to qualifying Indiana University students with disabilities through the Assistive Technology and Accessibility Centers (ATAC). To install Sonocent:

  1. Go to Sonocent and download the most recent version of Audio Notetaker for macOS.
  2. From the downloads folder, open the file named SonocentAudioNotetaker_Mac_#.#.#.#_en.dmg.
  3. To begin the installation, drag the Audio Notetaker icon into the Applications folder.
  4. When the installation completes, open the Applications folder and double-click the Audio Notetaker icon.
  5. A dialog box will appear with four options. Select the first option.
  6. If you have already purchased Audio Notetaker, select Enter Licence Key to activate your copy.
  7. Enter your license key/serial number.
  8. Read the license agreement, and then check I have read and accept the terms of the License Agreement.
  9. Click Activate.
