Install Sonocent Audio Notetaker

ARCHIVED: Sonocent Audio Notetaker is available without fee to qualifying Indiana University students with disabilities through the Assistive Technology and Accessibility Centers (ATAC). To install:

1. Go to Sonocent and download the most recent version of Audio Notetaker for Windows.
2. Locate the downloaded file on your computer; downloaded files will normally appear in the Downloads folder. The file will have the following naming convention:

   SonocentAudioNotetaker_Win_#.#.#.#

3. To begin the installation, double-click the file.
4. Check I agree to the license terms and conditions, and then click Install.
5. A "User Account Control" window may appear asking if you want to allow the app to make changes to your computer. Click Yes.
6. When the installation completes, click Launch.
7. A dialog box will appear with four options. Select the first option.
8. If you have already purchased Audio Notetaker, select Enter Licence Key to activate your copy.
9. Enter your license key/serial number.
10. Read the license agreement, and then check I have read and accept the terms of the License Agreement.
11. Click Activate.

    If online activation fails, you will need to activate Audio Notetaker manually. From the dialogue box, copy the unique activation ID and email it along with your license/serial number to support@sonocent.com. Sonocent will generate a manual activation code that you can enter into the box to complete your activation.
