ARCHIVED: Troubleshoot iStream login problems

Important:
Indiana University's iStream service has reached end of life and is being retired; it has been replaced by Zoom and Kaltura. If you used the iStream service, UITS encourages you to move to Zoom or Kaltura.

The UITS iStream site is currently secured behind Indiana University's authentication system. In order to log into this site, you need to use an IU username and passphrase. An IU Guest account will not be able to authenticate to the site. For help with accounts, contact your campus Support Center.

If you have a Network ID and are still having trouble accessing the iStream site, ensure that your account has not been locked and that your passphrase is synced across all systems; see If your ADS domain account is locked and Change your IU passphrase.
