ARCHIVED: At IU, where can I get technical support for Turning Technologies response systems?

Top Hat is replacing TurningPoint Cloud as Indiana University's integrated student response system in 2017. TurningPoint Cloud will continue to be available for spring and summer terms, but will no longer be supported in fall 2017. Instructors planning to use Top Hat for summer or fall 2017 should complete the Top Hat planning form to ensure wireless coverage and technology support is available.

If you are an instructor at Indiana University Bloomington or IUPUI and have problems with the TurningPoint software on a classroom computer, contact Classroom Technology Services; see IUB Classroom Technology Services or IUPUI Classroom Technology Services. For pedagogical assistance and basic information about using the TurningPoint software in your classes, contact your campus teaching and learning center.

TurningPoint 5 is no longer available for managing student polling data with Turning Technologies. Instructors should use ARCHIVED: TurningPoint Cloud instead.

If you are a student and suspect your Turning Technologies ResponseCard is defective, first make sure your battery is not dead and that you are operating the device on the same channel as your instructor during class.
