ARCHIVED: About mobile devices and the Exchange 2010 server migration at IU
Once your mailbox has been moved to the new Indiana University Exchange 2010 servers, you may need to configure your mobile device for the new mailbox before syncing will continue. For any device, if the steps below fail, or your device OS is not listed, try turning your device off and then on again. If your device still does not sync, contact your local support provider (LSP) or your campus Support Center.

Windows Mobile 6.0-6.5
Your Windows Mobile 6.5 device may display something like the following:
"There has been a change made on your server that requires you to re-synchronize all items on your device. All changes made since your last successful sync will be lost. Do you wish to continue?"

or . Clicking should cause the device to sync. Choosing will close the dialogue box. If you click , you will need to go to the ActiveSync program on the device and click .Windows Mobile 6.0 and 6.1 devices may not display any message or error. Go to the ActiveSync program on the device and click
.BlackBerry
BlackBerry devices may not display any message or error. If the device stops syncing after the mailbox move, restart the device to resume syncing with your account.
Android
Android devices may not display any message or error. If the device stops syncing after the mailbox move, restart the device to resume syncing with your account.
iPhone
If your iPhone does not reconfigure automatically:
- Tap and then .
- Open the Exchange account settings; your "Domain" field is likely
blank. Enter
ads.iu.edu
and then try accessing your Exchange account again.
