Apply to take an exam in an IU High School class

If you're in an Indiana University High School online class, when you're ready to take an exam, fill out the application form as follows:

1. Make sure you have an updated version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If not, you can download it from Adobe.
2. In the menubar of your class's Canvas site, choose Syllabus.
3. Under the lesson you're working on, select Exam Application. This will open a PDF form. If it does not automatically open in a new window or tab, you may want to go back, right-click the link instead, and select the option to open in a new window.
4. Fill out the form, and then save it to your computer.
5. Email the file as an attachment to hschexam@indiana.edu. Include your last name and which exam you are applying for (midterm, final, or a retake of either) in the subject line of your mail message.
