If you separated from IU before March 11, 2018:

  • You will need your vendor password to access your Imail or Umail account; for details on resetting, see either Imail password or Umail password. However, self-service password reset isn't available if you're unable to log into your IU account using IU Login. In that case, contact your campus Support Center for assistance.

If you intend to change your mail forwarding, you must do so within two semesters following your last semester at IU; see Student computing accounts when you leave IU, transfer campuses, study abroad, or have active military service. After that time, you will not be able to set a forward.
