At Indiana University, the UITS Electronic Document Management (EDM) service uses Hyland OnBase (EDM) to manage the capture of enterprise content and knowledge assets.

IU has a university-wide enterprise OnBase license that allows any department, school, or campus to use the software without cost. Scanners and other non-software license specific costs still apply. For more, see IU OnBase Support.
