ARCHIVED: Using Oncourse Assignments, how do I add a portfolio evaluation?

While grading or submitting feedback in Assignments, you can add an evaluation for a portfolio matrix cell directly from Assignments if all of the following are true:
- The assignment is linked to the matrix cell; see ARCHIVED: Linking an assignment to a portfolio matrix cell.
- You are assigned as an evaluator for that cell; if the site in which you are grading is associated with the portfolio site and has roster syncing turned on, you may have been automatically assigned as an evaluator. - The matrix cell has item-level evaluation enabled, and ARCHIVED: Adding or revising the settings, guidance, forms, reviewers, and evaluators in a matrix cell. is checked; see the "Evaluation" section of
To add an evaluation, while grading in Assignments (see ARCHIVED: Grading or returning an assignment or reviewing student status), do the following:
- Under "Matrix Links", next to "Evaluations", click .
- Complete the evaluation form. You may be asked to fill in required fields, submit a grade or ranking, and add a comment.
- When you're finished filling in the form, click .
- Complete the grading process as outlined in ARCHIVED: Grading or returning an assignment or reviewing student status.
