ARCHIVED: At IU, how do I search for and adopt IU eTexts?

This content has been archived, and is no longer maintained by Indiana University. Information here may no longer be accurate, and links may no longer be available or reliable.

Through IU eTexts, faculty and designated staff members can use eDocs to request the adoption of IU eTexts for specific classes. IU eTexts information is then posted in the Schedule of Classes and the registration system, and is displayed to students in their class schedule details, viewable in the SIS Student Center.

Note: UITS recommends that instructors wishing to adopt digital learning tools (such as McGraw-Hill Campus and WileyPLUS) should order them via the IU eTexts Adoptions Portal. Doing so will give your students IU eTexts-negotiated discounts, the ease of bursar billing, access on the first day of class, and single sign-on integration of the tool in your Canvas course site. (McGraw-Hill Campus and WileyPLUS will also be integrated in Oncourse course sites.)
