Presentations home page

When you enter the Presentations tool, you will see the "Presentations" home page, which defaults to a list of all your presentations in the site. By selecting one of the tabs at the top, you can view just your own presentations, presentations that have been shared with you, or a list of public presentations. Under the tabs, you can select the appropriate link to show hidden, not hidden, or all presentations. If the site has groups, you can filter the list by group; choose the desired group from the drop-down list. If any list is longer than one page, use the buttons on the right side above the list (First, Previous, Next, and Last) to display other pages in the list.

You'll see the following information for each presentation listed:

  • The presentation name; click the name of the presentation to view it.
  • The owner
  • The date it was last updated
  • A check if it is active, i.e., viewable by those with whom it has been shared (the names of inactive presentations are faded)
  • A check if it has been shared
  • A tally of comments you are allowed to view; click the tallied number to view the comments.
