You may download (i.e., export) to your desktop any presentation portfolio you have created. The presentation will be exported as a compressed (zipped) file made up of HTML files, images, your artifacts, etc. To download a presentation, from within the Presentations tool:

  1. If the Presentations home page is not displayed, click the reset button ( The reset button icon appears to the left of the page title in Oncourse. ).
  2. Next to the presentation you are interested in, from the Actions menu, click Download.
  3. You will be prompted to open or save the zipped file. Save the file.
  4. Use a ZIP utility to extract the archive. The main presentation file will be named myPresentation.html.
