You can see all of your presentations and all the active presentations of others that have been shared with you from the Presentations tool in any site, including My Workspace, regardless of where the presentations were created. You cannot see others' inactive presentations.

To view a presentation, from within the Presentations tool:

  1. If the "Presentations" home page is not displayed, click the reset button (  The reset button appears to the left of the page title in Oncourse. ).
  2. Click My Presentations to see presentations you created, Presentations Being Shared with Me to see others' shared presentations, or Public Presentations to see a list of public presentations.
  3. Near the top of the tab, under "Show Member Presentations:", click Not Hidden, Hidden, or All to change which set of presentations appear in the list.

Note: If you hide an active shared presentation for your ease of viewing, the presentation will not be hidden from others you have shared it with.

  4. In course, project, or portfolio sites, click This Site Only or All Sites to filter the list of presentations based on the site in which they were created. (My Workspace always displays presentations from all sites.)
  5. To view a presentation, click its name. The presentation appears in a new window, with a comment area below, if the owner has allowed for comments.
  6. If the presentation has multiple pages, use the links to view other pages.
  7. To exit, close the window.
