At Indiana University, you can get help with some Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) questions from UITS. However, some aspects of EBI are not officially supported by UITS. For details, see below.

Immediate assistance

Developers requiring immediate assistance should contact EDSS.

Faculty or staff members requiring immediate assistance with a BI site should contact the BI site owner, Reports Developer/Analyst, or a departmental IT Pro. Faculty or staff also may contact the Support Center if an IT Pro is unavailable.

Students requiring immediate assistance should contact the BI site owner, Reports Developer/Analyst, or the Support Center.

General support inquiries

Although UITS can answer questions about many general features of EBI services, more advanced features require a deep level of familiarity not only with EBI tools but also with the environment in which they are being applied; you may pose these questions to the Decision Support Technologies Users' Group list at dstug-l@list.indiana.edu. To subscribe, send a blank email message to dstug-l-subscribe@list.indiana.edu.
