In REDCap, how do I track changes to my project?

In REDCap, use the data logging tool to track changes to your project. The tool provides access to the data log or audit trail created by REDCap. In your project, access the data logging tool from the menu on the left.

For each event that changes data in the database, REDCap records the time and date, the username of the person logged in at the time, the type of event, and the changes made. The entire audit trail is stored during the lifecycle of the database.
