Request access to a report or cube in the CBI

To find a report or cube, navigate to to open the Consolidated Business Intelligence portal. Click Login at the upper right.

A no access icon by a report or cube indicates that you do not have access. To request access, click the name of the report or cube. When the "Request Access" form opens, provide a justification for access and click Submit.

Open the report and cube folders in their respective Reports Catalog and Data Catalog to see all content available.

When a request to access a report or cube is generated, Data Managers (LM) in that area of responsibility are informed by an automated Kuali workflow process. A DO then either approves or denies access.

Report access must be approved through this Data Manager approval process.
