ARCHIVED: About Big Red 200, Big Red 3, RDC, and SDA accounts for undergraduate students and sponsored affiliates at IU

Although Indiana University undergraduate students and sponsored affiliates will not see , the Research Database Complex (RDC), or the Scholarly Data Archive (SDA) listed among the available options for creating accounts, they can still get accounts on those systems if those accounts are sponsored by full-time IU faculty or staff members.

Undergraduate students must have full-time faculty members sponsor and submit their requests for , RDC, or SDA accounts. IU affiliates must have full-time faculty or staff members sponsor and submit their requests.

To submit an account request on your behalf, your faculty or staff sponsor should:

Your sponsor's email message should include your IU username and a justification for the account request.

If the request is approved, system administrators will notify you via email when your account is ready for use.
