Redbooth (formerly called Teambox) is a web-based collaboration tool. Among its key features are:

  • Project organization: Create as many projects as necessary to meet your team's needs.
  • Task management: Tasks are organized into task lists under the relevant project. The task system is related to the conversation system; conversations can be converted to tasks.
  • Status updates and conversations: Status updates are registered as projects' conversations. You can later organize conversations by giving them headlines.
  • Pages: Pages are a wiki-style documentation feature.
  • Time tracking: Track the amount of time you spend on various tasks.

The UITS pilot for Redbooth is complete and is no longer being officially supported by UITS. For access to a Redbooth trial, visit the Redbooth signup page.

Current trial users of Redbooth can submit issues directly to Redbooth.

For a full list of documents and videos to help you navigate Redbooth, visit the Redbooth Help Center.
