Overview
UITS Tier 2 Support serves the Indiana University community and works closely with local UITS support people, subject matter experts, and other groups in a variety of specialized fields. Tier 2 Support staff include technical and service experts in the following areas:
- Accounts and Student Information Systems (ASIS)
- CrimsonCard
- Desktop, Server, and Mobility
- HTS Phone Support
- Partnered Technology Support
- Student Information Systems
- Web Services Support
