Overview

UITS Tier 2 Support serves the Indiana University community and works closely with local UITS support people, subject matter experts, and other groups in a variety of specialized fields. Tier 2 Support staff include technical and service experts in the following areas:

  • Accounts and Student Information Systems (ASIS)
  • CrimsonCard
  • Desktop, Server, and Mobility
  • HTS Phone Support
  • Partnered Technology Support
  • Student Information Systems
  • Web Services Support
