ARCHIVED: Redirect to a different URL using Windows Internet Information Server

To redirect to a different URL using Windows Internet Information Server:

  1. Open IIS Manager and navigate to the site or folder you want to redirect.
  2. In Features View, double-click HTTP Redirect.
  3. On the "HTTP Redirect" page, under "Redirect Behavior", select Redirect requests to this destination, and enter the desired destination.
  4. Select Redirect all requests to the exact destination (rather than relative to destination).
  5. In the "Actions" window, click Apply.
