Description:

Lifetime Engagement is Indiana University's enterprise solution for constituent or customer relationship management. This service provides the ability to manage one-on-one interactions, build communication campaigns, advertise and register for special events, and offer chat and text in a way that helps to build and retain relationships with our constituents, from prospective students through alumni. This service also provides relationship management for faculty, staff, parents, patrons, and other VIPs who interact with Indiana University.

Cost: Free of charge
