Description:

Videoconferencing services at IU include university-wide management and support of administrative and academic use of synchronous collaboration services. Videoconferencing includes room technologies (from vendors such as Cisco, Polycom, and Microsoft) as well as bridging, dialing, and interworking services.

Cost: Free of charge

Adoption process: All IU faculty, staff, and students may use services. Room access is controlled via the Registrar or departmental owners. Software is available without fee.
