Set or change your Taskstream password

Notes:
  • Taskstream is only available to students enrolled on the IUPUI campus and in the Schools of Education on the Bloomington, South Bend, and Southeast campuses.
  • If you receive a message indicating that your account has expired when you attempt to log in, contact your campus Support Center. If you are currently enrolled at IU and covered under the current license agreement with Taskstream, arrangements will be made to reactivate your account.

If you accidentally deleted your Taskstream new account notification (and thus never completed your registration) or you forgot your password, you can easily reset it.

  1. Go to the Taskstream login page.
  2. On the login page, click FORGOT LOGIN.
  3. On the "Login Assistance" page, in the "Last name:" field, enter your last name. In the "E-mail:" field, enter your IU username followed by @iu.edu (i.e., username@iu.edu) even if your primary IU email address is different.
  4. Click Email Username & Password Reset.
  5. Check your email inbox for a message with the subject "Taskstream Password Assistance".
  6. Click the password reset link in the message to open the "Taskstream Password Reset" page.
    1. If you have logged in to Taskstream before, fill in your password, password confirmation, and hint, and click Continue to log into Taskstream.
    2. If this is your first time logging into Taskstream, you'll be asked to accept a license agreement. Click I Accept Agreement to continue to the registration page. Then fill in the required information on the "Account Information" page, including your new password. For your email address, be sure to use the same address you entered for step 3 above. When you have completed the form, click Continue to log into Taskstream.
  7. Continue to use your new password to log into Taskstream.
