How can I keep my Taskstream account and portfolios after I'm no longer covered by a campus license?

The Taskstream account created for you at Indiana University only covers your use while you are enrolled on a campus or in a program that licenses Taskstream.

  • Taskstream is only available to students enrolled on the IUPUI campus and in the Schools of Education on the Bloomington, South Bend, and Southeast campuses.
  • If you receive a message indicating that your account has expired when you attempt to log in, contact your campus Support Center. If you are currently enrolled at IU and covered under the current license agreement with Taskstream, arrangements will be made to reactivate your account.

If you are still enrolled at IU but are no longer covered under a campus- or program-wide license agreement, you can renew your subscription directly from Taskstream; choose Renew my Taskstream subscription, and under "Option 1", click Continue. Subscription rates as of September 2017 are:

  • 1 year - $49.99
  • 2 years - $79.99
  • 3 years - $104.99
  • 4 years - $124.99
  • 5 years - $138.99
  • 6 years - $148.99

If you graduate or are no longer enrolled at IU, you are eligible to renew your license at the alumni rate of $12 per year. You must have a special license key to qualify for the alumni rate. To receive the key, send an email request to Then, to renew at the alumni rate, go to the Taskstream enrollment page, choose Renew my Taskstream subscription, and, under "Option 2", enter the alumni key code and click Continue.

Exporting Taskstream content to HTML

The Pack-It-Up utility in Taskstream allows you to download all of your Taskstream work (including Direct Response Folios, web folios, lesson plans, etc.) to HTML format as a single package. Detailed instructions are provided in Quick Start Guide: Using Pack-It-Up.

You can only use the Pack-It-Up utility five times per year. Use this feature sparingly.
