Note:

The Taskstream service is no longer widely used at IU, and is no longer supported by UITS. Support is now provided directly by the departments using the service and by Watermark Support.

Notes:
  • Taskstream is only available to students enrolled in the Schools of Education on the IUPUI and South Bend campuses.
  • If you receive a message indicating that your account has expired when you attempt to log in, contact the Taskstream Coordinator for your campus:

If you are currently enrolled at IU and covered under the current license agreement with Taskstream, your account will be reactivated.

The person facilitating your portfolio work in Taskstream may ask you to self-enroll in one or more programs. As long as the facilitator has given you the self-enrollment code(s), you can enroll yourself in a Taskstream program by doing the following:

  1. Log into Taskstream if you are not logged in already; for guidance, see ARCHIVED: Log into Taskstream.
  2. At the far left side of the Taskstream navigation menu, click the IU trident logo (  Trident icon from Taskstream navigation menu ).
  3. The home screen will display the Taskstream programs in which you are enrolled. At the bottom, you'll see a yellow box with the words "Don't see your program?". Underneath, click Enter Code.
