At IU, how can I print in 3D?

3D Print facilities are available on the Indiana University Bloomington and IUPUI campuses for all students, faculty, and staff. Located on the fourth floor of the Wells Library West Tower at IUB and in the ICTC at IUPUI, each facility is open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm.

The facilities are equipped with multiple Makerbot 5th generation printers and Makerbot 3D scanners. Using a design uploaded from a digital file, the printers can make three-dimensional objects in plastic. For detailed specifications, see 3D Printing Studio equipment.

For further details, including instructions, pricing, policies, and types of items you can print, see 3D Printing Studio.
