Notes:
  • Taskstream is only available to students enrolled in the Schools of Education on the IUPUI and South Bend campuses.
  • If you receive a message indicating that your account has expired when you attempt to log in, contact the Taskstream Coordinator for your campus:

If you are currently enrolled at IU and covered under the current license agreement with Taskstream, your account will be reactivated.

Anyone with a Taskstream account can create and publish an unlimited number of web-based portfolios and websites (called folios or web folios in Taskstream). To create a web-based portfolio or website:

  1. If you don't have a copy, download and open the Quick-Start Guide: Folios & Webpages.
  2. Create a Taskstream account if you don't already have one. For instructions, see ARCHIVED: Create a Taskstream account via Canvas.
  3. Log into Taskstream via the IU Taskstream login page. For other login options, see ARCHIVED: Log into Taskstream.
  4. On the Taskstream home page, you may see a prompt to enter a code; ignore this prompt, because no code is necessary to create presentation portfolios or web sites.
  5. On the Taskstream navigation menu, at the upper left, click Folios and Web Pages.

If you have already created a web folio or page, you'll see it listed along with options to edit, copy, rename, or delete it.

  6. To create a new portfolio or web site, follow the instructions in Quick-Start Guide: Folios & Webpages, beginning with the section named "Create a New Folio or Web Page" on page 3.

For more details about the Taskstream Folios and Web Pages tool, see the Folios & Web Pages guide.

For assistance with creating or editing a Taskstream web folio, contact your campus Support Center, or contact Taskstream at support@watermarkinsights.com or 800-311-5656.
