ARCHIVED: Using Skype for Business Mobile, how do I sign into UniCom?
You can access Indiana University's UniCom service on iOS (8.1 and later) and Windows (8.1 and later) mobile devices using the Microsoft Skype for Business mobile app; for details, and options for other platforms, see ARCHIVED: Mobile clients to use with UniCom
After downloading the Skype for Business client to your device, open the application. The first time you run the mobile client, you will need to configure your account information. Follow the appropriate instructions below.

- For "Sign-in address", type your sign-in address, which is usually the same as your email address; see ARCHIVED: UniCom sign-in address
- For "Password", type your IU passphrase (but do not press ).
- Tap .
- For "User name", type
ads\username
, replacingusername
with your IU username. - Be sure "Auto-detect server" is set to .
- At the bottom of the screen, tap .
- You will see the following message: "We need your phone number with country and region codes." Enter your number (e.g., +18125555555), and then tap the arrow.
- Tap the check sign.
To change your phone number settings, tap the first button in the list of menu buttons, then
, and then .Windows Phone

- Tap the check button at the bottom of the screen.
- You will see the following message: "We need your phone number with country and region codes." Enter your number (e.g., +18125555555), and then tap the arrow at the bottom to continue.
- Tap the arrow button again to finish.
