Features

Daily Briefing email messages from Microsoft Viva contain a summary of email, meetings, and documents you can already access. The information in these messages is only visible to you.

Eligibility

If you are eligible to use Microsoft 365 at IU, you are eligible to use this application and its related suite of products.

Software

This application is included in Microsoft 365, and you can access it from Microsoft 365 at IU .

View your Briefing email

You can view your Briefing email by reading the messages sent daily to your Exchange Online inbox. These messages are sent from viva-noreply@microsoft.com, and have the subject line "Your daily briefing".

To subscribe or unsubscribe from Briefing email messages from Microsoft Viva, go to your settings, toggle the button on or off, and click Save. You can also unsubscribe by scrolling to the bottom of a Briefing message and clicking Unsubscribe.

Troubleshooting, help and feedback

If you have trouble with any application, sign out of Microsoft 365 and completely close your browser or mobile app, and then restart it. You can also switch to a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
