ARCHIVED: If you didn't receive MindView login credentials

If you have not received your MindView account setup email message, check your Junk Email folder:

  1. Log into your IU Exchange account.
  2. Select the Junk Email folder on the left.
  3. In the search box, type MindView.
  4. If the email message appears, it will include the following:
    1. From: Matchware EN Support
    2. Subject: Create Your MindView Suite Account
  5. Open the email message, scroll to the bottom, and select the account setup link.
  6. Follow the steps to set up your MindView account.

If you are still unable to locate your Mindview account setup email message, contact your campus Support Center.
