ARCHIVED: How do I update my profile on the TeraGrid User Portal?

To update your user profile on the TeraGrid User Portal:

  1. Log into the TeraGrid User Portal. If you can't remember your portal password, see ARCHIVED: Resetting your XSEDE passwords
  2. On the My TeraGrid tab, click Profile. You will see your current profile. To update it, click Update Profile.
  3. The subsequent form will include your current profile information. Fields you can modify will have a text box or a drop-down list.

    Note: If you need to modify your name, or if a drop-down list does not contain the required information, email help@teragrid.org.

  4. To review your changes, click Review Update. To make additional changes, click Click here to return to the form. To accept your changes, click Submit.
