ARCHIVED: In FootPrints, what is an issue?

In FootPrints, an issue is a single record (sometimes called a ticket) within a workspace. An issue is used to track information related to a question, problem, or request. Notification, correspondence, and notes can be completed per issue and stored for later review or follow-up.
