The correct IUanyWare URL is https://iuanyware.iu.edu; to avoid misleading warning messages, always use the https:// prefix for a secure connection.

IUanyWare uses Citrix Systems software, called the Citrix Receiver, to deliver applications to your computer or mobile device. From time to time, UITS upgrades the Citrix Receiver to fix bugs or add features to the IUanyWare environment.

If you encounter problems launching IUanyWare applications after logging in, from the top of the IUanyWare window, select Settings, and then click Run Client Detection.

If your Citrix Receiver is older than the current IUanyWare receiver, you will be prompted to install the latest Citrix Receiver.

Note:
To ensure optimum performance, your IUanyWare profile is reset at the end of each academic year (between summer and fall); for details, see About the IUanyWare user profile reset.
