Troubleshoot
- The BYOD package will not work on IU Guest wireless. Use eduroam or IU Secure for on-campus wireless internet connections.
- Third-party firewall applications may block your device from reaching the IU Print server. Example errors include:
- Failed to connect to host EWA-PRNP01 on port 28203
- Failed to contact the popup server
If you are already connected to eduroam or IU Secure, temporarily disable your firewall and try again. If your print is successful, configure your firewall to allow outbound connections to EWA-PRNP01.ADS.IU.EDU on port 28203.
