Overview

The UITS Support Center provides IT support to all IU campuses. So that Support Center staff can efficiently assist you, be ready to provide details about your problem or question.

Note:
The hours listed below for walk-in support locations are for periods when classes are in session. Walk-in support hours during campus breaks and between semesters may vary.

Walk-in support

Note:
Appointments are required for entry at the Learning Commons. Visit Make an Appointment - IU Libraries to make an appointment with a walk-in consultant for the Support Center.

In the Learning Commons at Herman B Wells Library, walk-in support is available by appointment during the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-9pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: 1-9pm
