Reset your Glean mobile app password
You can reset the password for your Glean mobile app account from a computer or mobile device.
Windows or macOS computer
- Navigate to the Glean login.
Note:In order to access the Glean login page, you will need to use Google Chrome.
- In the lower left-hand corner, select the link.
- On the screen that appears, enter your IU email address (ending in
@iu.edu
) and click . - Navigate to the email program used to check your IU email account, and locate email from Glean.
- Open the message, and select .
- Type your new password in the box, and then click .
Apple or Android mobile device
- Open the Glean app on your mobile device.
- From the login screen, select .
- Enter your IU email address (ending in
@iu.edu
) and select . - Navigate to the email program used to check your IU email account, and locate email from Glean.
- Open the message, and select .
- Type your new password in the box, and then click .
