Share your screen in Microsoft Teams
Windows
To share content from a Windows computer, select the up arrow near the top of your screen. You will have the option to present your entire screen, a window, a PowerPoint file, or a whiteboard.

macOS
If you use Microsoft Teams on a Mac computer (macOS Catalina version 10.15 or higher), you may need to adjust your computer's security and privacy settings to allow camera, microphone, and screen sharing access:
- On your Mac, click the Apple logo at the top left corner of your screen, and then choose .
- In the menu, click , and then choose the tab.
- In the lower left of the "Security & Privacy" window, click the padlock icon to make changes. Enter your Mac's administrator username and password (this is different than your IU username and password).
- In the left column, click the section. In the right column, click the checkbox next to "Microsoft Teams".
- Repeat this step for the and sections.
- Close the window.
- You may need to quit and re-open Microsoft Teams to enable these changes.
