At IU, how can my information be removed from the IU Address Book?

If you are an Indiana University student, you can choose to limit the information displayed about you in the IU Address Book. You can hide your academic information, email address, phone number, postal address, and user-supplied information (home page URL and comments); however, your name, IU campus, and unique profile ID will continue to be displayed. For instructions, see At IU, how do I change my personal information displayed in the online IU Address Book or the Exchange Global Address List?

Students, faculty, or staff can ask for full and permanent removal from the IU Address Book. If you are a student, contact the Office of the Registrar at your campus (for information, see the Knowledge Base document How do I contact the Office of the Registrar at each IU campus?). Faculty, staff, and others should contact the UITS account administrators via email at  valid@indiana.edu , requesting to be unlisted.
