What was original Oncourse?
The original Oncourse was an online course environment that allowed Indiana University faculty and students to create, integrate, use, and maintain web-based teaching and learning resources. Oncourse offered a straightforward way to create a web site for every course offered at the university.
UITS no longer supports original Oncourse. Existing course data from the fall 2005 through spring 2007 semesters will be available through August 2008. UITS recommends that faculty move their course content from original Oncourse to Oncourse CL, and export original Oncourse grades to an external file. For instructions on migrating course data to Oncourse CL, see Exporting content from original Oncourse to archive it or import it into Oncourse CL.
