ARCHIVED: At IU, who are the Esri technical support contacts?

Indiana University's Esri Higher Education Site License dictates that all Esri technical support be directed through official, pre-designated Esri support contacts. In addition to the UITS GIS Specialists, four other GIS support contacts at IU can answer questions and access direct Esri support. While the Primary GIS Contact for your department should be your first line of technical support for Esri software, only the individuals below can start an official support incident with Esri.

Note: Esri will not provide technical support if it is requested by IU GIS users (including students, faculty, and staff) who are not on the above list.
