At IU, using ArcGIS, why am I getting the error message "User/host not on Include list for feature"?
At Indiana University, you may receive this error message if you attempt to open ArcGIS but do not have the necessary permission to access the ESRI central license service. To correct this, email the GIS Support Specialists with your computer's hostname, your IU department or organization, and the name of the person responsible for your organization's ArcGIS license (see GIS and Remote Sensing Contacts at IU). All additions to the ESRI central license service must be approved by an ArcGIS license holder.
