At IU, how can I find out if an employee has assented to the "Acceptable Use Agreement - Access to Technology and Information Resources - Employees"?

To find out if a given employee has accepted the "Acceptable Use Agreement - Access to Technology and Information Resources - Employees" and thus may be given access to institutional data:

1. Go to OneStart; log in with your Network ID, if prompted.
   
   
2. Select the Services tab, click Administrative Systems, and then click Data Access.
   
   
3. Click Step 1: .
   
   
4. In the box under "To verify completion of the Acceptable Use Agreement:", type the employee's username, and then click verify user.
