At IU, how do I activate my OTP token or change my PIN?
To activate a new (or unassigned) OTP token, fill out the access management form using the serial number of your token (including dashes), a password from the token, and the PIN you want to use.
Note: If you have multiple OTP tokens, this registration will set them all to use the same PIN.
To change the PIN for your OTP token(s), follow the directions above and enter and confirm a different PIN.

If you have a token that was previously assigned to someone else, it
must be unassigned before it will be available for you to use. Your
department can request such deactivation via Kuali Enterprise Workflow,
or via an email request to otp@iu.edu .
