ARCHIVED: After using the IU Printer Finder, why can't I print from my laptop?

The IU Printer Finder provides laptop users with access to printers in the IUPUI Student Technology Centers (STCs) and Residential Technology Centers (RTCs), as well as selected departmental printers on a variety of IU campuses.

As you move around campus, your laptop may lose its connection with the print server your printer is on. To re-establish that connection, you may re-launch the IU Printer Finder.

After logging in, locate the Reconnect tab. From the drop-down menu, select the printer you previously installed, and then click Reconnect.

You should now be able to print to your previously installed printer.
