For Mac users, UITS recommends Lync for Mac to connect to UniCom at Indiana University. Communicator for Mac and Messenger for Mac are not supported.

Messenger for Mac is a multipurpose communications client. It allows you to make phone calls to other computers, have instant messaging conversations, manage the information that others see about your availability status, conduct videoconferences, and share documents or other files. It is built to run on PowerPC-based and Intel-based Macs.
