What should I do if IronPort encrypts my outbound email?

If IronPort encrypted your outbound email message and you don't think it should have, do the following:

  1. Upload the attachment to Slashtmp or Box, and then share the download link via email.
  2. Manually review the content of the message and attachments; remove any references to identifiable medical data, social security numbers, and credit card numbers.
