About the UITS Knowledge Management team

The Knowledge Management (KM) team, part of the UITS Support Center, creates and maintains dynamic structured enterprise content in the Knowledge Management System (KMS), a custom component content management system with editing, workflow, and reporting tools. The team works with service providers and subject matter experts to identify, collect, manage, and present needed business content, structuring content to ensure that it is discoverable, reusable, properly linked, visible to appropriate audiences, and can be delivered to various end points, including this Knowledge Base interface and as help within other applications and tools.
