About the UITS Knowledge Management team
The Knowledge Management (KM) team develops and maintains the content in the Knowledge Base (KB) repository. The team works with service providers and subject matter experts, both within and external to the Indiana University community, to identify, collect, manage, and present information using a model of distributed responsibility for content and centralized publishing.
The KM team also develops and administers both the KB front-end software and the Knowledge Management System, a custom component content management system with editing, workflow, and reporting tools that serves as the back end of the KB.
