ARCHIVED: In Elm, how do I get an attribution line, such as "Quoting John Doe:" preceding quoted text within a mail message?

Note: Elm is not available on any UITS systems.

In your $HOME/.elm/elmrc file, modify this section:

  # attribution string for replies ('%s' is the author of original
