ARCHIVED: In Microsoft Windows 3.x, how do I limit the size of the temporary swap file?

In Windows 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11, you can add
a line to the "[386Enh]" section of the system.ini
file
to limit the temporary swap file's size, for example:
MinUserDiskSpace=4096
The above line doesn't actually set the size of the swap file, but rather limits its growth so that it will always retain at least 4,096KB (4MB) of available disk space for your applications to use.
Note: This information originally came from the Microsoft Windows 3.x FAQ maintained by Tom Haapanen and Software Metrics, Inc. This FAQ is no longer available. If you have problems with Windows 3.1, visit the Windows 3.1 FAQ sponsored by Logical Sky Corporation.
